Order By Phone
I do accept order by phone, however, this service is only dedicated to customers who make a very very regular transaction with me. For new customers I sincerely advise to use other ordering method to get your goods.

This is the most efficient and error-free ordering method. When you email your order remember to include all of your information including your name, address, and of course a list and quantity of the items you wish to order. We will confirm your order and ship it.

Shipping Method
We ship all orders to any place in Malaysia via courier express mail and all over the world except to those countries where courier express company can not enter.

Additional shipping charges to international may apply depending on weight of the item ordered. For international customers kindly take note of your custom import duty at your own country.

Return Policy

• Return of goods purchase must be authorized by Mr Boon within 7 days from receipt of your order.
• Boon Chung Enterprise will not accept responsibility for damage due to usage of the products and accessories
• Returns must be attached with a photocopy of the sales receipt.
• Claims for damage due to delivery must be reported within 3 days of receipt with the assigned carrier
• Returned items must be in resale condition, with the original packing material, unopened with all shipped items included
• Boon Chung Enterprise reserves the right to deny service and sales and will credit back funds for denied orders
